Unfortunately only Adobe can help, and since it is a weekend it is not likely to happen for a couple of days.

There is no online cancelation method for yearly subscribers that you can do yourself somewhere in the settings.
There has also never been an option for yearly subscribers to stop the auto-renewal process from happening in the settings.
You can ask for a cancelation here on this forum, through email, a phone call, and with the chat function. But one way or the other, you are going to have to deal with an Adobe employee. It's been like this since the start of CC.
"unfortunately" only Adobe can help, does not accurately put into context that all this is by design to keep you in the Cloud for another year.
So if your experience will be like the others who quit you will get an offer for a "free month, if you decide to stay for another year". When you say 'no' to that; the offer becomes "two months of free CC if you decide to stay on for another year".
