Quicktime Error in After Effects CC

So every time I try to load up After Effects, an error pops up saying Quicktime isn't installed on my system, but I have the latest version (7.6.6 I think). I'm running Windows 7, 64-bit, 3.45 GB of RAM, and After Effects CC 12.0. Then, when I try to import any kind of mov. file, it say it's "damaged or unsupported". I've gotten this error a couple times in the past, and fixed them, but everything I've done to fix it in the past, isn't working now. I've tried EVERYTHING, including the whole re-install Quicktime thing, copying QTCF.dll to my Support Files, deleting my preferences, and a TON more. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
