Could you please send me a LR Desktop diagnostig log - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link.
You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button. Thanks, Guido
Thanks for this, however following advice on another forum I deleted all mobile data from the preferences 'mobile' panel. This fixed the problem but was a serious sledgehammer to crack a nut. I hope it is ok but I have flagged your response to reply again later with the diagnostic log if it re-occurs. Thanks again.
