    Trying to "Redeem a redemption code" and getting this error: "We're sorry, but it seems like this redemption code has expired."

      I have a valid redemption code and want to use to extend my Creative Cloud subscription, but the website is giving me this error: We're sorry, but it seems like this redemption code has expired.

       

      I have installed Creative Cloud on my Mac.

      I am trying to redeem from this page: https://creative.adobe.com/redeem

       

      When I purchased this code, I was not told that there was any expiration associated with it. Super frustrating.
