Show Work Area Bar in Premiere CC 2015

I just downloaded Adobe Premiere CC 2015 and I can not find the "Show Work Area Bar" setting. Where is it in this version?

Check the Timeline panel menu.

I just realized they moved the Timeline Panel menu from the far top right of the window to right beside the name in the tab. I appreciate it.

Curious to find out for what people are using the "Work Area" bar?  What function does it have that setting the timeline "In and Out" parameters won't accomplish?  

Wondered if there is something useful that it does that I'm missing... I have it turned off in my timeline.

Click the drop down menu next to the sequence name in the timeline and uncheck (toggle) Work Area Bar:
