Error installing - U43M1D207

Hi,

I need help.

I encountered this error while trying to download/install. See screenshot.

I asked the Adobe chat helpdesk, but they told me I don't have enough rights to download/install.

I then asked my company's helpdesk, and they told me I do have the administration rights to download/install.

I recently renewed the subscription. My helpdesk removed and added my account to the "team". All the CC apps were installed. Now I saw there was an update for Photoshop so I clicked to update. I also tried to install Lightroom CC. Both had this error.

Can anyone help?

Did you tried updating from manuall link ?

The update error you are getting is network connectivity issue .
