I would recommend you to refer the following document.Please have a look and perform the mentioned steps and see how it goes.
Please tell the version of Acrobat you are using and also tell us the OS you work on.
What exactly happens when you try to print?
Do you get any error message or any exit code?If yes please share the same with us.
Does your system freezes or stops responding?
Also ,I would recommend you to re install the printer drivers from the brother' website and see if that fixes the issue.
I am unsure what the Acrobat version is as I don't know where that information is but when I clicked "Check for updates" it said there were none.
When I print usually the printed displays the words "receiving data" but when I try to print a pdf I get nothing at all. No error codes. Nothing
Nothing freezez though.
I spoke with Brother's help department and we ran the drivers but they are all up to date.
I printed pdf files last week.
Can't see why it would just stop doing so
Same problem here. Unbelievable! Can't print pdfs and adobe.
