Hello I have just signed up for Creative Cloud on  a monthly account, and have downloaded Lightroom and Photoshop. However neither will open for me. Both give an error message 213:19. I have rebooted the computer but this error remains. On the Creative Cloud desktop window the Photoshop program shows as ready to open, but Lightroom shows that I am only able to open a free trial.

I am not very happy with this, and feel just a little bit ripped-off. Please explain how this can be sorted.
