I've been given a pdf of a 586 page book to prepare for printing. The book was scanned for a different purpose and no attention was paid to page size. Because each page is a slightly different size, I can't crop a standard amount off of each page.
I would like to make each graphics frame the same size (4.6" x 8" from top center)
and place on page .5" from top.
I can't even find an automated way to resize the graphics frame since I don't have the choices I need in Object Styles.
Running InDesign CS6
on Windows 7 Pro
Clarification: I've placed each (approximately) 8.5"x11" pdf page in the 6"x9" InDesign doc. The pdfs are not transparent so I need to crop them so that they don't overlap and so that they are more manageable. Next step will be to adjust each individual imported page within its text frame.
