This started about 2 months ago, but was just brought to my attention. I have our workers in the field unable to Submit PDF forms on their android tablets.
They click the Submit button, and the email opens and sends but the PDF attachment is not attached on the receivers end.
The buttons use the Submit a Form function have the URL set mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org property, and the Export format is set to PDF the complete document.
These are PDFs that were working just fine 3 months ago. Did something change in how PDFs need to be submitted in Android?
The tablets being used are all Android devices, ranging from a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 SCH-I925, android Version 4.1.2 up to the latest Galaxy tablet.
The issue exists in both Acrobat Reader and Acrobat DC.
The forms themselves were created in Acrobat Pro XI.
Anyone have any idea what is going on?
Its a known issue are we are working to fix it. You'll see a fix very soon in one of our future releases.
