I am trying to UNinstall PS Elements 11.  To do so the Uninstaller tells me to quit: ElementsAutoAnalyzer.  I can't even find it!!!  So How do I quit ElementsAutoAnalyzer?  To clarify, this is on a Mac running OS-X 10.6.8.  I installed Element 11 about a week ago and it's causing all sorts of problems, principally with Internet access speeds--with a crash or two thrown in for good measure.  Got to get rid of it!

John, please follow the below mentioned steps.

  1. Close ElementsAutoAnalyzer using: Activity Monitor: Quit a process
  2. Restart the machine and try to uninstall it.

Let us know if this helps.

Thank you.  That did the job.  I don't consult Activity Manager very often so never thought to look there.  I had to do a <Force Quit> on 'Adobe Applications Manager,' but that apparently took ElementsAutoAnalyzer down with it.  So I'm free of Elements 11.  I'll probably try another installation if I can avoid installing Elements Organizer too.  Don't need it.
