Can you help me find 2 files on my Mac to close so I can reinstall Adobe Creative Suite?

My computer is new and I need to reinstall my Adobe Creative Suite but it asks to close to files and I cannot locate these two files? Can you help?

Can you clarify a few questions so we can assist you further? What is the error message you are getting? What are the two files you need to find? What version are you installing? What OS version are you installing on?
