These forums are one option for support. If you explain the details of the download error here as well as the details of whatever "the sugested" is then someone might be able to help you resolve this.
If you have a subscription, then other options would be chat or telephone support.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
