You need to study up on rendering. The default for AE is uncompressed. I'd use the Adobe Media Encoder to render movies and pick h.264 and the YouTube or Vimeo HD preset for HD comps.
Type rendering in the Search Help field and read up. You'll never be happy without some basic knowledge.
Thank you very much for the response Rick. I feel as though I have read up quite a bit, but I am still trying to figure out the solution to my problem. I know there is has to be a very simple way around this. Maybe my description of my problem wasn't explained very well. If you have a second could you take a look at the two links I have below. The only difference is the picture. I have tried compressing the video, but that only takes off about 3 gbs. I understand why the photo is rendering the way it is. I would just like to know how to make it a stand still throughout without accumulating so much memory. Thank you for the help.
