Downloading Adobe plug-ins to CS5 Windows.

[Installing Photoshop CS5]

I want to print multiply images on a single page and have downloaded the Adobe plug-in for this function.  I opened the zip file, but cannot find an .exe command in order to download the plug-in into my CS5 software.  All I find are .txt and .8B files.  Any suggestions?
