Hi there.
I'm pretty sure that my problem is not that rare, however I found it hard to find the proper solution.
Here is the deal. Previously I had purchased the cc plan (for Ph and Lr). But i had lost my credit card so i was not able to "pay the bills". My plan dates were expired so i decided to erase all files conected with cc from my mac.
since my bank was able to restore my card i decided to purchase the plan again, so i payed for the same plan and downloaded cc. Then, using cc i downloaded Ph and almost Lr, but the problem is that my Ph for some reason remains on the trial period and moreover is not displayed in my lanchpad. When i tried to activate in via AAM it was written that there were no Ph purchased from my account.
please help me to solve that problem.

Did you tried Signing out and Signing in from Creative cloud app ?
