Once you logged in to Root Account try to install  Creative Cloud app and check.

Note : Before installing ,  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folders are not present under Utilities, it is very important.

I tried enabling root user account and install CC and I think It works!!!!

I have one more question.

From now on, there are two accounts in my Macbook.

Do I have to log in through 'Root', If I wanna use CC programs?

Is there any problem gonna happen?

Let me know if you are unable to launch any Apps on normal account.

If you face any issue , you can provide full permissions to Adobe folder located in both System and User Library, it should fix the issue.
