No need to purchase again.  Creative Cloud does not use serial numbers for applications.  Activations are controlled by a sign-in/sign-out process.  While you can install on as many machines as you like, you are limited to having only two installations signed-in at a time.  Those installations can be Mac or Windows or one of each.
