Thanks for your response. I went to the above link yesterday which told me my error code was something that would likely be fixed within a few minutes (or otherwise very quickly) but it's been over 24 hours and I need this to be updated ASAP. For the lower link, this is a thread from almost three years ago and the links and downloads mentioned in the discussion no longer exist.
In that case I would advise you to contact the support through call/chat where the agent can remote into your machine and fix the issue for you.
