      In early 2014, I bought 4 ebooks, which happened to be Adobe Classroom in a Book publications, from a local site. The site has sinced merged with another one, which doesn't sell ebooks, but still hosts the digital libraries of the customers who bought ebooks before the merge. Recently I tried to download these ebooks, but I got an INTERNAL ADEPT error message. The support team tried to help me, but in the end they told me, "We have tried advanced technical troubleshooting without any success. The "E_ADEPT_INTERNAL" error is a complex issue and is Adobe related. We unfortunately cannot assist you in this regard as you would have to contact Adobe.com for further assistance." I looked at another post complaining about a similar problem but the links in it don't open. Please help.
