How do I open another project with an app on an Android device?

I have multiple Captivate 8 courses that I've turned into APKs with PhoneGap and installed on an Android device. I need to make a course that will act as a menu and launch these other courses upon selection. The "Open another project" action causes the error message, "Application Error net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (file:///android_asset/www/callees/[course_name]/index.html).

I'm thinking maybe this could be accomplished using the "Open URL or file" action, but I don't know how to point to the file (everything in the Data directory is hidden). Or possibly JavaScript? Does anyone know how to do this?

The "Open URL or file" action gives the same error. Captivate seems to be tacking on an incorrect root folder. I'm not sure if an app can be launched in this way anyway. I would really appreciate feedback from anyone who has had experience with this.
