To the best of my knowledge the answer is no. If the software was registered, serial numbers will be listed in the account at Adobe.com that was used to register the programs.

There is no place to find the license number on the computer that users can access, as far as I know.
Should your company have registered the software? Yes. Did they? Only someone at your company would know.
Yes, they should have and later version of Creative Suite required an Adobe ID. What version of the software are you using?
If you don't have disks (which would have a s/n on the packaging) did anyone save the downloads? I'd look for a text file with the s/n in the same location as the downloads.
