    Adobe Acrobat DC Standard purchase

      We are deploying this product across our windows users (purchased a serial number not a subscription).  Once installed the last step is activation and I have been using the same account we have used for purchases etc in the past.  Is this the appropriate method for activation?  I am concerned that if someone signs out of the application I will have to spend time signing back in for them as we will not share the password with our users.
