I purchased a mac and need to transfer my CS6 version to the mac. I have tried instructions here:
Exchange a product for a different language or platform version
They do not work. Under step 3 they state this:
Unfortunately on my account there is no orders & returns option.
Can somebody please help me get this process going?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Thanks. I will try chat. New browser w/cookies cleared etc still didn't do it.
