My Creative Cloud Student and Teacher subscription will not renew even after updating payment info. I have tried numerous times over the past couple of months updating the credit card information and I never get renewed. Subscription continues to say expired past the 24 hour mark that it says it will take. I have double and triple checked the credit card information and have re-saved it several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying there was a problem. It's also very frustrating that there does not seem to be a customer service number to call especially for customers that have paid for the Creative Cloud subscription. Please help!
