I have Photoshop Elements 1.0 (was: photoshop 1.0) and can not load it onto Windows 8.1 as it says I need IE4 or later, but I have IE11. How do I get around this?

Even though I don't work for Adobe, I am sure you will not receive any Adobe help here with such an old program... and I doubt that anyone who reads this forum will be able to give any direct help
