Need link to install Elements 10

I purchased a new computer that does not have a disc drive.  I purchased the discs for Elements 10 a while back for my old computer.  I have the serial number on the disc pack.

Can you please send me a link to install Elements 10 on my new computer?  Thank you in advance.
