Installing previously purchased CS5

I had purchased the adobe creative suite 5 and had previously installed it on my other laptap.  unfortunately I have lost the original disc and have been trying to download the software from online to my new computer and I am having difficulties doing so.  Can anyone help me fig out what options i have.  I cant seem to be able to speak with anyone regarding the issue.

Download the installer from Download CS5 products

Install then enter your serial number.
