You can use video with Character in two ways at this time:
-- Import the file into After Effects CC 2015, use the Face Tracker (in the Tracker panel) in Face Tracker (Detailed Features) mode and then click Extract & Copy Face Measurements (for more info, see After Effects Help | Face Tracking), then paste the face measurements data onto a puppet in Character.
-- Use a virtual webcam utility like ManyCam and feed it the video file
You'll still need to import the audio portion as a WAV or AIFF file and add it to the scene.
Is there any tutorial about importing the facial detailed features to character animator?
Assuming you've clicked the Extract & Copy Face Measurements button in AE's Tracker panel (see https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/how-to/face-tracker.html?set=after-effects--whats-ne w--2015-06 for more details), you just need to have a puppet track selected in Character Animator's Timeline panel, then choose Edit > Paste.
