How can I get a dot under a character?

I'm working on a 48-page document that involved transliterated Hebrew.  The client wants a dot under the letter h in places to indicate a certain letter.  I need to be able to do this for lowercase and capital H, regular and italic, body and footnotes.  The document must be done in Sabon, to adhere to their guidelines, and at least the version of Sabon I'm using does not have a unicode character for h with a dot.

I currently have all of those h characters marked with an underline via character styles.  I suppose I could go in and put in a dot with a style to lower the baseline and adjust the kerning, but I can't think of a way to do that via find and replace (unless there's a way using grep?)  Any help would be hugely appreciated!
