    Lightroom did not down load?

      Hi I purchased light room 5 about 3 months ago. I am still yet to receive this product and no one in the Adobe customer service has been able to help.

       

      I am being asked to pay for another subscription?

       

      Any support is greatly appreciated on how I can get in touch with someone regarding this.
