I am unable to install adobe flash player

I am Gagan, I tried to install adobe flash player so much time even from different platforms but in last I unable to install it. I exactly don't know what is the issue. I recently changed my operating system from Windows to Ubuntu. Please help.

Does the Flash Player page SAY that operating system is supported?

Hi John, actually my problem is already solved. I used it in the terminal: sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer

I actually newbie as an Ubuntu user, so I did not know that there is any terminal to use for install software in the system.
