how can i uptade after effects

i tried to open a file in after effects and it told me that i need the version 13.2 of Ae and i have 11.0.0 , how can i uptade it ?

After Effects 13 is part of the Creative Cloud so you will need to pay for a subscription for it.  You would also need to have a system capable of installing/running CC 2014/2015 software.
