When I already have a level 1 topic with some level 2 entries, and I want to add another level 2 topic, why do I have to type the level 1 topic each time. I can select the level 1 text, select the level 2 text in the document, open the index panel, shift the new topic text down a level then paste the level 1 text in the top. This is cumbersome and is not explained at all. Surely there is a better way?
