Yes, I understand this is community support.. all I was asking was if someone in the community knew if/how it was possible for me to update a case number. I get replies on my case from an email to which I cannot respond, nor can I find a link to the case so that I can update it. I do not want to go through the process of opening another case to respond to an initial case. Maybe it is not possible.. just asking.
