trying to install lightroom 6 from cd but says operating system Vista but it is Windows 7 service pack 1 what is the problem?

I am trying to install lightroom 6 from cd, but it will not install as it says I have Vista, but I have windows 7 service pack 1. Why does the installation program think I have Vista

copy the installation files from the cd to a desktop directory and installing from that directory.

thank you. installed now.  Shame they do not let you know this with instructions.  Just spent couple hours trying to sort out!
