What version of Premiere Elements, and what computer operating system is involved?
Are you trying to install the program using purchased downloaded installation files from Adobe or from installation disc from a purchased box packaging of the product?
Have you met system requirements for the product....
Are you running the programs as administrator and with antivirus and firewalls disabled?
Please consider doing a free ccleaner run through, and then installing the program to the default location on the Local Disk C with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
CCleaner - Download (for now I am assuming that some version of Windows is involved.
Let us start here and then decide what next based on the details in your reply.
please check in Add remove program(control panel) if entry of Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86) 11.0.61030.0 is made, if yes uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable .else install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 .let us know of your progress. Is your product installation and launch is fine?
