    Problem Acrobat DC with Android device

      Sometimes when I open a .pdf file or when i made a search on the file, the adobe app crashes. My device ia Acer B1-810 Iconia.

      How Can I solve this poblem?

          It seems that your app is crashing for some reason. Would you please send us the crash logs by performing the steps at: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5986 ? This will help us in resolving the issue.

            Thank you for your support, but my Android device (Acer B1-810) isn't rootable, so I can't extract the log file.  Can I do another procedure?

              You need not root your phone for this procedure. You can share the logs by using any of the applications mentioned in the link.

                  Unfortunately, the logs don't have any Acrobat DC Mobile logs. Did you copy the logs just after the application crashed? Is this the full log output?
