hace ya varios días vengo tratando de instalar adobe ILLUSTRATOR cc pero a la hora de iniciar sesión para seguir con descarga me sale error ( CONECTESE A INTERNET é INTEnTELO DE NUEVO ) la verdad si cuento con conexión a Internet. me podrían decir cual es el problema???
