I have done every step listed in at this page Flash Player games, video, or audio don't work | Windows      and still to no avail, I get a green screen. Anything else can be suggested? really don't want to have to take it to a shop.

Yes it is. In fact, my computer is brand new not even 2 months and already this is happening. I have tried every troubleshoot I've read online. and I hit play (on facebook, on other sites, except youtube, videos only seem to work on youtube) this is the weirdest thing in the world. At this point, It seems I must contact a professional to come but I don't have the money and I'm very irritated because of the fact I just bought the computer, brand new everything, the tower, monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, everything. asus tower and keyboard and mouse and acer monitor.
