You can force them to view it in a browser. That will not allow full screen.
If you do not want your .swf stage/graphics to scale larger then use this code on _root level of your .fla
Stage.scaleMode = "noScale";
or if you are creating a projector use

Just cal once after loading or in the First Frame thats Enough.
Wow!, even better, but when I hide the menu, a stripe appears instead and
through it one can see what I don't want to be seen.
