I installed Adobe Presenter 10 on laptop running Windows 8.1 with PowerPoint 2013. Presenter 1o worked fine for one session then crashed and I haven't been able to enable it. It appears in the add-in pop window from Options but nothing I select in that window brings back Presenter 10 onto the PowerPoint menu bar.
I found out tonight from an Adobe Support staff member that you have to open PowerPoint as Administrator in order for Presenter to work properly. I checked this and sure enough, it works! I am impressed. Hope anyone experiencing the same problem finds this solution handy. Thanks Adobe.
