While there are automatic list features that will place a bullet at the beginning of a paragraph, there is no automatic "bug" insertion feature in styles or anywhere else in InDesign. You'll have to manually type the T where you want it.

i just found this article http://indesignsecrets.com/insert-a-special-character-with-grep-styles.php but is not working for some reason i don't know...
maybe because he's using fontlab instead of indyfont? not sure...
after trying several times, it worked!! i just changed it so that it was coded as a period and then added the GREP style so that it only changes the last period in the paragraph (\. \Z) to that specific character style that has the new font (the period) i created with indyfont.
