2 weeks ago, i tried calling your hotline with regards on cancelling my annual subscription. The call was directed to hotline in India. They could help me rectify the problem as i already paid the full membership. I was told that someone from Adobe USA will call me to assist me further. I have not received that call.
Today, i received an email saying that my annual plan is already cancelled. My question is, how about my refund? Many thanks!
