we have purchased a few retail licenses of adobe creative suite 2 std, adobe acrobat 7 .0 professional etc. about 7 to 8 years back. The current project for which these were purchased is being closed and is being shifted to another organization by our customer. We would like to know if we can transfer the retail license to another organization and what is the procedure for it.

Under "Requirements to transfer a license" it is mentioned -"The product serial number must be registered in the Adobe profile of the transferor to transfer the license." Would it be possible to clarify on the above statement.?
In our Adobe ID only products purchase after 2012 are available, those purchased prior to 2012 are mostly retail purchases (Box purchases) and are not visible in our Adobe ID. When we contacted Adobe support from the serial number they mentioned that this is a retail license and we can raise this query in the Adobe forum and that is why we raised this query.
