Its amazing that Adobe's support for this issue is to refer people to forum threads.  The threads ask us to contact Adobe to have our counter reset, and Adobe refers us back to the threads, which suggest we contact adobe for the fix.  Clearly the process is broken.  This issue seems to go back to 2010, so Abode doesn't seem to care.

So, I'll echo the past forum threads.  If there are any competent Support Engineers out there, how do we reset our counter, as suggested by Adobe as the workaround?  Again, contacting adobe only has us referred back to the forums, so "contact adobe to have your counter reset" isn't an answer.

The same seems to have happened to all of us with this problem - all Adobe Customer (not) care, seem to be able to do is send us on a wild goose chase.  have you had any joy yet Mark?  I have been waiting three weeks.
