    Standalone LR 6 not responding after weeks of successful use


      I upgraded to standalone LR6 in mid-May and have been using the program successfully. For a few weeks, there has been a "Lightroom Mobile Trial expired" message near the top of the page. Now the program does not fully open (initial splash shows), with Windows reporting that the program is not responding.

      I was not aware that I had initiated any trial of LR Mobile.

      Since the program does not fully open, I cannot check or change any options or settings. What do I do?
