Me too. Disabled firewall to test. Problem persists. Grrr!
I'm having the same problem, started today sometime
Same here. I've tried deleting cache, the opm.db file in OOBE, deactivating antivirus, firewall... nothing works. Just noticed it about an hour ago.
There was a known outage which has been resolved now, please quit the Creative cloud app ( Settings wheel on top right corner >Quit)
Relaunch and check, if the issue still persists please let us know.
