I recently disabled something in the bios of my pc to make the computer not boot off of my external drive. Now every time I try to load a project, it gives me the error "After effects error: Can't import file "": unsupported filetype or extension."
Its not the error lots of people have, where it cannot load the presets, it wont load the project at all, and there isn't any files in the "" part. Is is me that broke it by disabling the drive that the project was on, or did something that I was unaware of happen?
I have 4 processing cores, with 16 gigs of RAM and x64 on windows 8.1
Completely unclear. That would require to have the actual project for checking and exact info, most notably how and where your files are actually stored. Could be as trivial as invalid security tokens due to botched file permissions, but could of course just as well be genuine damage/ missing data in teh files.
