Go to this page:
Go to the bottom and choose the version for Firefox and download it.
Close Firefox all windows.
Verify that the following processes are not running using task manager
flashplayer* ; meaning anything with the process of flash player
force close the weather channel desktop app if you have that
Next run the installer you downloaded here is the direct DL link for it. http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe
If you Install, verify it control panel that it is installed, and test in Firefox on this page at the top:Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows
Lets start simple and move forward
What do you mean "Go to the bottom" of the page when I open up that link to Installation Problems?
I don't see links to installers from the link Carm01 provided me.
Here is what the adobe installation page tells me whenever I've tried to update it the same way it's told me to download it:
Adobe Flash Player could not be installed.
Thanks so much!
Videos I couldn't view are now working
